“Why haven’t we CI’ed CI?”

600+ impressions later… it’s clear:
That question hit a nerve.

Because while the world changed around us —
CI stayed mostly the same.
And it’s costing us momentum, alignment, and relevance.

We teach root cause…
But rarely examine the root assumptions of our own methods.

We track lagging metrics…
But overlook signals screaming for action.

We push improvement…
But haven’t improved the system we use to drive it.
